Position Summary
Seeking adjunct faculty with interest to teach across our Nonprofit Leadership Masters program including:
- Introduction to Nonprofit Leadership
- Strategic Planning
- Program Design and Evaluation
- Nonprofit Finance
- Nonprofit Fundraising
- Nonprofit Governance
- Leadership
- Marketing and Communications
- HR, Legal Issues, and Ethics
- Capstone (research practicum)
Essential Duties
- Teach assigned course(s).
- Prepare course materials consistent with departmental learning objectives.
- Provide timely grading and feedback to students.
- Provide guidance and support to students.
- Participate in Nonprofit Leadership faculty community of practice to discuss and redesign course trajectory as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a practitioner in the nonprofit sector.
- Knowledge and commitment to the mission of La Salle University.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous 四虎影视 experience with adult learners, though not necessarily at collegiate level.
- Advanced degree relevant to the topic taught is preferred.
- Willingness to be flexible in class scheduling.
- Skilled at facilitating interactive online learning experiences, both live (e.g. zoom sessions) and asynchronous (e.g. developing interactive assignments and modules for engaging learning)
