Position Summary
The University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center
affiliated with the Children's Hospital of New Mexico is seeking a full or part
time Pediatric Cardiologist at the level of Assistant/Associate or Full
Professor in the Division of Pediatric Cardiology. Salary, level, and track
will be commensurate with training and experience. Candidates must be board certified or eligible
in Pediatric Cardiology and with potential for a career in academic
medicine. A good balance of clinical and
四虎影视 experience awaits the successful candidate in this tertiary care
pediatric practice. The candidate will provide
care in both an inpatient and outpatient setting.
This is an
excellent opportunity for applicants with interest in the Southwest region of
the United States. We are looking for candidates who are dedicated
to providing excellence in clinical service and 四虎影视. There are opportunities for participation in
clinical research. Candidates with a focus
on outpatient cardiology and outreach are encouraged to apply. Excellent
mentoring is available for early and mid-career applicants by senior cardiologists and other well established pediatric subspecialists.
Minimum
Qualification:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatric Cardiology by
time of hire. - Able to obtain medical licensures in the state of New Mexico.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated excellence as a
general clinical pediatric cardiologist in an outpatient and inpatient
setting. - Record of
Teaching Experience. - Experience providing care in an outpatient
cardiology and outreach setting. - A
demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and student success,
as well as working with broadly diverse communities.
