Selected instructors will join a diverse group of faculty in the , allowing the opportunity to gain training and expertise in additional disciplines.

- Teach pharmacology content in an integrative team-based 四虎影视 and learning environment, including which includes large group interactive learning sessions
- Collaborate closely with faculty members across the three Heritage College campuses to develop and lead curricular content (i.e., learning objectives, team-based learning sessions, resources, assessments) in a timely manner
- Participate in small group coaching and mentoring of osteopathic medical students
- Provide service to the college such as interviewing prospective candidates for admissions to the Heritage College, participating in college-planned outreach activities, serving as faculty representative to a student organization(s), etc.
