Job Description
The Student Services Coordinator for LMU-DCOM will support the Assistant Dean of Students and Associate Dean of Students in coordinating student support and activities for the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) program.
Required Qualifications
high school degree; software knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, or similar programs; good verbal and written communication skills; good organizational and math skills
Preferred Qualifications
bachelors degree *prior student services experience

Job Duties
- promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large
- promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, students and community members
- participate on University committees
- track student services accreditation requirements and manage strategic planning documents as directed by the Assistant/Associate Dean of Students
- assist with special student events, such as Orientation, White Coat, Graduation, and awards ceremonies
- maintain tracking documentation of student engagement for all students in the DO program
- conduct administrative tasks, travel requests, and budget management of student funds both on campus and at extended campus sites
- manage student groups and organizations, including budget oversight, fundraising, purchasing, scheduling, etc both on campus and at extended campus sites
- collaborate with Student Activities Coordinators in implementation of student events
- collaborate with the Public Relations department to ensure correct branding and logos are used for external events
- collaborate with Career Services, Alumni Services, and LMU facilities to coordinate student events
- accompany students on DCOM sponsored off-campus student trips including DO Day on the Hill (Washington, DC) and relevant DCOM sponsored trips as needed
- assist in the maintenance of student services and academic support documents and records
- perform other duties as assigned
