Job Description

UMKC Undergraduate Admissions Department is accepting applications for an Admissions Transfer Specialist. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Transfer & Adult Learner Admissions, this position is responsible to help the admissions office meet enrollment goals and objectives, develop programs and initiatives to support the transition of admitted transfer students and adult learner students to UMKC, as well as support the Office of Admissions in meeting its goals.

Duties Include: Shift

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with some evenings, weekends and overnight travel required

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Previous recruitment and/or advising experience preferred

Anticipated Hiring Range

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $19.25 - $21.71 per hour.
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
