The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Department of Pathology is excited to recruit a full-time (1.0) FTE Education and Fellowship Coordinator. The Education and Fellowship Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and successful presentation of the Department of Pathology didactive and laboratory educational activities for the University of Colorado School of Medicine and Physician Assistant program curricula.
These educational activities include not only the required pathology content for these programs, but also all Pathology Departmental elective courses. This position also oversees the Pathology Departmental monthly Grand Rounds series of educational presentations, as well as numerous other ongoing educational conferences and special events.
Key Responsibilities:
Education Coordination (80%):
Fellowship Program Coordination; Pathology Fellowship (20%)
Onsight - This role is on sight for training and with the option to move to a hybrid schedule once candidate becomes fully operational

Minimum Qualifications:
Senior
A. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and two (2) years of professional experience working in graduate or undergraduate program coordination.
Principal Professional
A. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 3-5 years of professional experience working in graduate or undergraduate program coordination.
Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a graduate medical education environment
- Previous experience concurrently coordinating multiple fellowship training programs

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as:
Senior: $52,961 to $67,367
Principal: $60,905 to $77,472
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
