Founded in 1872, the institution has a rich legacy of innovation, academic rigor and community impact, serving a diverse student population that values opportunity, social responsibility and transformative educational experiences.

The director of enrollment management is a key member of the leadership team, providing operational oversight across recruitment, admissions, financial aid, retention and student success initiatives. This leader will actively participate in the work, ensuring timely follow-through, responsive service to students and families and seamless coordination with campus partners. The director will implement student-centered, data-informed and creative solutions that strengthen enrollment and support persistence.

This requires a leader who performs well under pressure, navigates ambiguity with confidence and models an approach grounded in problem solving, accountability and thoughtful communication.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator, an adaptive thinker and someone known for being proactive and detail oriented. They must be comfortable working directly with financial aid processes, supporting students through complex questions and leveraging aid to enhance enrollment outcomes. The institution values collaborative, coachable and culturally competent leaders who build trust and inspire confidence.

This role offers a meaningful opportunity to shape the future of the institution by implementing innovative enrollment and retention strategies that improve student experience and contribute to the institutional vision.

The director will serve as a central connector between academic leadership, student support units and external partners.

As enrollment dynamics continue to shift nationally, the college seeks a professional who can respond quickly to changing conditions with creativity, data-informed judgment and a student-centered mindset. Success in the role will depend on the ability to balance strategic insight with hands-on execution and implement solutions that resonate with students and families.

This position offers exposure to high-level decision-making, cross-campus leadership and the development of innovative enrollment models, positioning the successful candidate for future growth within the leadership structure.

Key areas of responsibility include recruitment program management, enrollment services operations and financial aid program support.
