The Enrollment Systems &
Operations Specialist is a systems-focused member of CNCC’s Enrollment Services team, responsible for designing, implementing, and
optimizing student facing communications and work flows related to admissions and enrollment. This position is responsible for managing and
optimizing CNCC’s enrollment systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role will support the Student Services Department
by maintaining student information systems (SIS), troubleshooting technical issues, and
implementing process improvements. The Enrollment & Operations Specialist will be asked to collaborate with multiple departments to enhance
work flows, ensure overall compliance, and deliver exceptional service to students and staff.This role serves as a power user/primary
administrator of CNCC’s CRM platforms (Recruit, Navigate, Banner), manages the prospective student funnel, and ensures the integrity and effectiveness of all outreach and engagement efforts. While primarily focused on systems and strategy, this position also serves as a backup for recruitment activities and front desk
operations as needed.
Education and Training:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in
higher education, CRM systems, or administrative support (A combination of an Associates degree and work experience will be considered in lieu) Software & Technology Demonstrated proficiency in CRM platforms such as Banner, Navigate, and Recruit, Strong analytical, organizational, and
communication skills. Ability to manage multiple systems and projects in a fast-paced, student-centered environment.
Preferred: More than three years of college-level ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ
experience in a variety of instructional modalities (in-person, online, and hybrid). More than three years of post-secondary ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ
experience in a variety of instructional modalities (in-person, online, and hybrid) Doctorate within one required discipline, and 18 or more
graduate hours applicable to at least one other required discipline.
