SALARY:

$27.20 - $33.25 per hour. The salary of the
finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience,
education, and credentials.

Primary
Purpose

The is Data Coordinator position is primarily focused on assisting in the development, maintenance, and
implementation of the RVU-MCOM clinical curriculum through the OMS-III and OMS-IV clinical training. The Data Coordinator will interface
with University learning platforms, electronic catalog and evaluation management systems. This position is key to maintain accreditation
standards and to support clinical rotation education.

Essential Job Functions

  • Utilization of learning
    platforms (e.g. MyVista, Canvas, iNet etc.) to create and maintain an RVU-MCOM specific clinical curriculum.
  • Verifies roster and
    registration of students in the clinical curriculum.
  • Assist in data acquisition and analysis of standardized NBME shelf assessments
    to update curricular mappings.
  • Support Clerkship Directors in annual review and revision of clinical curriculum.
  • Work
    collaboratively with Clinical Education data management team.
  • Help facilitate video based content delivery.
  • Assist Clerkship
    Directors with Engaged Learning Sessions (ELS) planning.
  • Assist in data management relating to Clinical Curriculum and Assessment
    for COCA Accreditation.
  • Work collaboratively with RVU-COM in regular curricular reform while maintaining curricular consistency
    across campus locations.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting in RVU-MCOM and RVU learning and assessment platforms.
  • Collect data
    and work in conjunction with appropriate personnel for continuous quality improvement of educational programs and monitoring
    systems.
  • Assure the integrity of project data, including data extraction, and storage.
  • Develop simple graphs and charts to
    display data as requested by Clinical Education.
  • Provide support and assist RVU-MCOM Department of Clinical
    Education.
  • Collaborate with RVU-COM Clinical Data Coordinators.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Dean, Clinical
    Education Manager, Clinical Education Data & Curriculum Manager or his/her designee.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution or equivalent
    experience.
  • Proficient in using analytical tools and instrumentals for instance, Adobe Pro, Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word,
    Access, etc. (Experience in New Innovations a plus!)
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software; ability to learn a new
    software and database systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree from an accredited institution in
    curriculum development or education.
  • Work experience in a Medical School or Residency Program.
