ZRG Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with Valparaiso University in the search for a Director of Annual Giving.

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Development, the Director of Annual Giving will be responsible for the strategic
development and execution of a comprehensive, multi-channel annual giving program designed to increase donor participation and financial
support for the Valpo Fund. This role will balance high-level strategy with tactical execution and team leadership. Uniquely, this position
will serve as a bridge for the donor pipeline, personally managing a portfolio of leadership-level annual donors to identify and transition
them toward major gift opportunities.

A
bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least three years of experience in annual giving,
fundraising, sales, or marketing is required for this position. Experience in higher education or a related nonprofit sector is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to
$100,000. Valparaiso University offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability
