Job Description:
The Dual Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating services provided to high schools participating in dual enrollment programs, including admission, registration, information sharing, and collaborating with department chairs on class schedules. The coordinator will also assist students, instructors, and administrators with the dual enrollment processes, verifying that all policies are maintained and specifics in the signed MOU are adhered to. The coordinator, reporting to the Associate Dean for CASE, will serve as CSU liaison with the local school systems in fulfilling the dual enrollment processes and expectations.

Job Description:
The Dual Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating services provided to high schools participating in dual enrollment programs, including admission, registration, information sharing, and collaborating with department chairs on class schedules. The coordinator will also assist students, instructors, and administrators with the dual enrollment processes, verifying that all policies are maintained and specifics in the signed MOU are adhered to. Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all aspects of the dual enrollment program, including the collection of admissions requirements, registration, payment information; coordinating onsite registration at high schools; providing informational presentations; aligning dual enrollment processes with the appropriate phases and working with partners, e.g. City Schools, to verify that Coppin courses are appropriately aligned to Phase I and Phase II of the dual enrollment processes; Requesting building level plans (list of courses requested with preferred times and days) from each school to be provided to respective department chairs prior to the building of department academic schedules; working collaboratively with Office of Admissions and appropriate academic colleges and departments; reconciling between Registrar and each school the list of students enrolled .
- Creating billing reports for participating school districts for tuition and fees and coordinating payment process; verifying and monitoring student enrollment and following up to ensure accuracy of registrations and the submission of mid-term and final grades; making recommendations to improve processes documents and guidelines as needed; updating annually the Dual Enrollment webpage.
- Serving as liaison to local school systems; coordinating and participating in the Baltimore Dual Enrollment Consortium to ensure maximization of services; planning and implementing the Dual Enrollment Acknowledgement Day each May.
- Maintaining and tracking information, compiling reports, maintaining dual enrollment records; preparing enrollment reports and maintaining point of contact information to school districts.
- Conducting training for dual enrollment instructors; hosting parent and student information session; assisting in the coordination of professional development activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of two years of 四虎影视 experience required (high school preferred).
- Other administrative experience in a P-12 education setting highly preferred.
- Knowledge of dual enrollment process as detailed in the Blueprint for Maryland Future
- Knowledge of university admissions processes and policies
- Knowledge of current technologies to include Microsoft Office Suite
- Skill in gathering and analyzing statistical data and generating reports
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and to relate to others in a professional, helpful manner
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, including staff,
- faculty, students, parents, and the public
- Ability and attitude to adhere to all guidelines for dual enrolment - State, University, and LEA.
