Job Summary
This role is a Temporary Researcher who will be working in the BASIL Lab at CU Boulder. The researcher will be responsible for conducting academic research in topics related to computer systems and machine learning. This position is for the Summer of 2026.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
The researcher will be responsible for developing software artifacts to support research efforts related to systems and machine learning. The researcher will also be responsible for attending regular meetings with the research team, as well as helping with efforts related to publications and outreach such as scientific writing, experimental evaluation, and developing open-source software.
What We Can Offer
The hire rate for this position is $25.00 per hour, working 20 hours per week.

What We Require
M.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
What You Will Need
Knowledge related to modern machine learning systems, such as vLLM/SGLang, PyTorch, and similar tools.
